To have us design and host his website, a customer will e-mail to us any data he will want us to upload to his website. All text information should be emailed to us as MS Word data while all images should be emailed as GIF/JPEG data. Please note that each image should be sent as a separate file. Your site content data should be sent as e-mail attachment addressed to info@nakolisahost.com or customers@nakolisahost.com.
   This is optional, but you may choose to send us a text message stating your name, payment information and web plan before e-mailing your website data. These terms of service of Klamidas Communications Ltd/Nakolisahost.com constitute an integral part of the website order form and every subscriber shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of service the moment he or she fills and submits the website order form online or fills and signs it offline.

1. Every service or product of nakolisahost.com shall generally be pre-paid by the customer and such payment entitles the customer to the service or product paid for by him/her but not to any refund of money after payment has been made. Klamidas Communications Ltd/nakolisahost.com reserves the right to STOP OFFERING SUPPORT SERVICES to a customer who is indebted to it. We also reserve the right to DISABLE or SUSPEND, without notice, any website should its owner fail to pre-pay or pay fully for our hosting or allied services. A customer should, by making necessary payments, strive to have his or her disabled or suspended website reactivated within ONE WEEK as failure to do so will lead to the immediate CANCELLATION of the web-hosting account. A cancelled website cannot be reactivated although the customer can sign up for a new web-hosting account and have our able technical team build him or her a similar or brand new website.

2. Klamidas Communications Ltd/nakolisahost.com shall not be liable for websites disabled or cancelled as a result of the customer's failure to pre-pay for our services or offset outstanding payments within the one-week period specified above. Klamidas Communications Ltd/nakolisahost.com hereby give all its customers, who pay for our web-hosting services as and when due, 24/7 up-time guarantee.

3. Prices of our products are subject to change without notice but customers who have already paid for any of our products shall not be affected by any changes in price for the period of time covered by his or her payment. Klamidas Communications Ltd. hereby pledges to render good, quality service to all its customers.

4. Under these terms of service, the set-up fee covers only nakolisahost.com’s technical expenses related to setting up a customer’s site, excluding the cost of generating, editing, or uploading his or her page content. However, Klamidas Communications Ltd., through nakolisahost.com, hereby offers to upload content to the specified maximum pages of a customer's chosen plan FREE of charge but ONLY for the first two website design options constructed for the customer. Customers who demand that more website design options be built for them or who want to upload content to additional pages may attract pre-service charge of N1000 per page. 
   Customers can upgrade to the next website plan at any time or simply add additional pages to exceed their plan's page limit at the one-off rate of N2,500 per page.
   Customers who require us to undertake routine content management of their website may be required to pay a pre-service charge of N1000 per page or be advised to upgrade to our Optimum Special plan, where frequent CMS services are built into the plan.

5. Nakolisahost.com/Klamidas Communications Ltd judgement regarding the design of a customer's website is final although our Optima and Ultima website plan customers can make own alterations via the control panel. Nakolisahost.com, except when consulted and paid by a customer to do so, may not be responsible for editing a customer’s web site text. To have us build his or her site, a customer would provide us with edited content for uploading to his or her site, which content should be e-mailed to us as MS Word data (for texts) or as GIF/JPEG images [Each image should be sent as a separate file. CorelDRAW images may, in special circumstances, be accepted.] Images scanned, generated or otherwise secured by nakolisahost.com at the request of customers would attract a pre-service charge of N500 per image.

6. It is a customer's sole duty and responsibility to ensure that no aspect of their web content runs foul of local and international laws, especially copyright, anti-piracy, financial crime, and various public safety laws. Should we be notified of such violations in any website hosted by us, we may, without notice, disable or cancel such a website, and we shall not be held liable for such disabled or cancelled website.

7. Customers can send in their site data as e-mail attachment(s) addressed to info@nakolisahost.com or customers@nakolisahost.com. A customer may choose to send us a text message stating his or her name, payment information and web plan before e-mailing his or her unpublished web site data. All text messages should be sent to: 08033370200.    

8. A customers is expected to pay his or her subscription fee 15 days before its expiration. Late- or non-payment of subscription fee would trigger a temporal suspension or permanent cancellation of a defaulting customer’s web site and Klamidas Communications Ltd and its organ, nakolisahost.com, shall not be held liable in the event of such suspension or cancellation. A suspended or disabled website may be reactivated within one week after its owner had paid all due fees, including reactivation fee.

9. Regarding domains, customers who are beneficiaries of our free domain service shall continue to enjoy it for the periods specified as long as those domains are used to host their nakolisahost.com sites. Moving the domain(s) to another web host would automatically make customers to be responsible for the payment or non-payment of the annual renewal fee of their domain(s). Klamidas Communications Ltd/nakolisahost.com also reserves the right to charge transfer and/or other relevant fees should it be requested by any customer to transfer his or her domain(s) to another host or registrar.

10. Klamidas Communications Ltd/nakolisahost.com reserves the right to insert its one-line site-credit link at the foot of the customer's home page. Such link, which opens in a new window unembedded in the customer's site, may also be inserted at the customer's other page footers.
